App User Policy

Free trial plan for all new subscriptions. During this period, you will have free access to all the features of the Enterprise plan. Even after the free trial, you can search any tenders absolutely free. However, you will have to pay a nominal fee of Rs 299 per tender to download documents. With Tender Guru you can search any tender by authority, location, summary, or even tender ID like a Google search. By subscribing, you can download unlimited documents throughout the period of the plan. In case you intend to download more than 2 documents per month, we strongly recommend subscribing to a plan that allows you to download unlimited documents. Plans start from as low as Rs 2999 per year.

Fees, Payments and Tax

Tender Guru reserves the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees on the purchases made using the Website and/or the Mobile application. We reserve the right to alter any and all fees from time to time, without notice. In case there is any short charging by Tender Guru for listing or transaction fees or any other fee because of technical or other reasons, Tender Guru reserves the right to deduct, charge, or claim the balance subsequently at its own discretion. Tender Guru currently accepts payments through Indian credit cards and debit cards, internet banking of certain banks in India, online wallets of certain companies, and UPI. In appropriate cases, Tender Guru may accept payments through cheques issued by banks in India, cash, or through NEFT and RTGS transactions. Tender Guru may, from time to time and at its sole discretion, agree to accept payments through such other modes as it may deem appropriate. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees. Current billing address, phone number, and other required information must be included with every service request. By booking with Tender Guru, you authorize Tender Guru and its agents to transact with your bank or payment gateways to obtain necessary information required to process payment, confirm payment, resolve inquiries and billing disputes, and as otherwise required to manage the booking. You must adhere to the terms and conditions prescribed by the payment gateways through which you choose to transact. Tender Guru shall not be responsible for any losses incurred by you while transacting through these payment gateways.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

We recommend you to go through our refund policy before subscribing to our service. Services are activated upon complete advance payment only. Subscription services cannot be cancelled and charges are non-refundable once the account is activated. We are reliant on the tendering authority for the display or update of any information related to any tender. We do our best to provide you information as and when it is published or made available by the tendering authority. However, under any circumstances, users can’t claim a refund for any late information, missed tenders, or any errors or missing information on Tender Guru. Users are asked to fill up basic mandatory details while applying for subscription services like company name and address, contact details, email ID, etc. If the details provided by the user are incorrect or contain any typo errors, which result in the user not receiving notifications and alerts, the user should resolve the same immediately. For such concerns, the user can’t claim a refund from the Company.
